Our Service Center hub, in concert with our Regional Service Teams, delivers support to our product line, all around the world. This includes long term service agreements, parts, technical services, repair services, warranty services, and comprehensive operations and maintenance training for customers that desire training services.
We have highly trained technicians and engineers remotely operate and maintain the global installed base of fuel cell power plants, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Regional field service technicians provide on-site servicing. These service offerings transfer the plant performance responsibilities to FuelCell Energy, providing our customers with certainty of costs and power supply.
Our service team has extensive power generation service experience gained from institutions such as the U.S. Navy, well-recognized global power generation OEM’s in the nuclear and gas turbine industry, and electric utilities.
