Community-friendly power

High power density, quiet operation, and minimal criteria air pollutants make fuel cells ideal for urban installations.

FuelCell Energy’s 1.4 MW Trinity College fuel cell system delivers safe, reliable, low‑emission power and thermal energy directly on campus in Hartford, Connecticut. The compact and quiet system blends into the urban campus setting behind fencing and often goes unnoticed by those who live and work in the surrounding community.

Proven large-scale experience

FuelCell Energy is the leading U.S. fuel cell manufacturer with demonstrated utility-scale platforms at
10 MW, 20 MW and 58.8 MW in operation for an average of 10 years.
